This fully furnished two bedroom condo is the perfect place to spend your exciting, fun filled family vacation in the Disney area. Just 4 miles from Walt Disney World, you will be close to all the area attractions yet be able enjoy the secluded and tranquil resort atmosphere of Legacy Dunes. This condo is exactly what you have been looking for: neat, clean, priced right, fully equipped and close to everything!

This condo is located in the award winning gated community of Legacy Dunes. The Tropical Beach Style walk-in pool with a kids fountain play area is the perfect place for you to sit in sun, read a good book or cool off after a fun filled day. Tennis, volleyball or basketball are a few of the activities that you will enjoy. For all you fitness buffs, start or end your day with a workout in the complete fitness center.

This condo is located on the second floor. There are no elevators. It is conveniently located between the two resort swimming pools and close to the tennis court, basketball court and volleyball court.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, LCD cable TV and a dvd player. The second bedroom has two twin beds, walk in closet and an LCD TV. This condo has one full size bathroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a dining room, and a living room with a LCD cable TV, dvd player, and a queen size sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 6 people. The condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

Legacy Dunes Resort and this condo are located just 4 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

This is a privately owned condo and is self catering. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened balcony only.

Our rates start at $79 per night, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $200 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $60 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be waived for staying 7 nights or more.
